Whole-house filtration
Purest Flow X1. One tank, every tap.
Purest Flow X1 is a whole-home carbon filtration system built around a single tank. It is designed to reduce disinfectants, odors and organic compounds throughout the house, so the water is treated before it reaches a tap, a shower or an appliance.

What it does
What one carbon tank takes care of
- 01
Treats the whole house
Water is filtered before it reaches household fixtures and appliances: every faucet, shower and machine.
- 02
Cleaner taste and smell
Carbon is designed to help reduce objectionable tastes and odors, along with chlorine and many organic compounds. There is no brine tank, so no salt to buy.
- 03
Matched to your water
The carbon is matched to the disinfectant your water supplier uses: standard activated carbon for free chlorine, catalytic carbon where chloramines are present.
- 04
Looks after itself
An automatic control valve periodically backwashes the carbon bed to lift, clean and redistribute it, and keeps track of water use.

How it goes
From the test to Purest Flow X1

- 01
Free water test
We test your water for hardness, chlorine, TDS, pH, iron and manganese. It costs nothing and it carries no obligation.
- 02
A recommendation
Your results decide the system. You see a fixed price after the test, never before it.
- 03
Installation
Purest Flow X1 goes in at the main water line, where water enters the house.
- 04
Treated water, every day
Every faucet, shower and appliance runs on filtered water.
Where it fits
Chosen from your water, not from a catalogue.
X1 goes in at the main water line, and filtered water then reaches each faucet, shower and appliance. Carbon upstream of a softener can also reduce the chlorine its resin is exposed to. If your water is also hard, the free water test will show it, and Purest HydroFlo filters and softens together.
Every recommendation starts with the free water test, and the price is fixed after the test, never before it.

Questions about this system
How does a whole-house filter work?
It goes in at the main water line. All the water contacts the carbon bed before it reaches any tap, shower or appliance, so the whole house gets filtered water.
Which carbon does Flow X1 use?
Standard granular activated carbon and catalytic carbon are both options, so the media can be matched to the disinfectant your supplier uses.
Does Flow X1 soften water?
No. X1 filters. Hardness is handled by a softener such as PurestShield, or by Purest HydroFlo, which filters and softens in one system.
Does it need salt?
No. There is no brine tank, so there is no salt to buy and nothing to refill.
How do I choose between Purest Flow X1 and Purest Fusion?
Both are single-tank systems with no brine tank. Your own water decides which one fits, and the free water test is how that gets decided.
